Ratchet is going home!
In case you are unaware, Ratchet is a doggie found by a US soldier in Iraq.  The soldier’s tour of duty ended and she wanted to bring Ratchet home with her, but she wasn’t allowed.  But now she’s reunited with her stinky doggie!  X3  Yaaaay for good doggies finding good homes! <3
